Location: Shanghai 

Key Responsibilities:

1)     Participating in R&D , responsible for product design, verification and testing according to customer requirements. 

2)     Participating in the evaluation of customer requirement, provide technical support and service.

3)     Involving in ordering review and provide the manufacturing instruction documents.

4)     Responsible for new product introduction, solve the process exception in mass production.

5)     Assisting the production Department to improve the process in mass production and yield rate.

6)     Certification & evaluation of new materials

7)     Other tasks assigned by the leader

Qualification:

1)     Bachelor in Optics, physics and other related majors

2)     3+ years working experience in the design and development of optical passive components or modules ,familiaring with Ultra  small free space  DWDM/CWDM is better

3)     Conducting product design independently, familiar with common test equipments and be able to operate

4)     Good in English listening , speaking, reading and written

5)     Good hands-on skills, communication skills, planning and execution ability
